Terms & Conditions for online sales of oil paintings by Chanda Dobriyal

Terms & conditions for sale For any purchase made or buy order placed on the site, buyer acknowledges to bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Your online communication will be acknowledged with in two working days and you as potential buyer will be intimated regarding its acceptance or rejection with reasons thereof for rejection. I as painter will have the full discretionary powers to receive / reject any query for sale of painting with/without any reason thereof.

2. Painting will be dispatched to the buyer in India through a reputed courier services with in a week after receipt of full payment.

3. Painting will be sold on the negotiated prices which excludes duties, taxes, packing and forwarding charges and buyer will have to pay applicable taxes with packing and forwarding charges at the prevailing rates. Once buy order is accepted, buyer will be intimated about taxes with packing & forwarding charges depending on the location of the buyer. Transit insurance cost will be charged additional if buyer wish to have transit insurance cover.

4. If the buyer wish to collect artwork directly from me , packing/forwading cost will not be charged to the buyer.

5 Art work will only be handed over or shipped only after receipt of full payment, buyer will be intimated about delivery schedule and name of transport/courier/shipping agency. Artwork will be dispatched at the billing/shipping address mentioned in the order form or amended thereafter by seperate mail.

6. Invoice & authenticity certificate will be send along with the artwork or if not send with the artwork, will be couriered seperately with an intimation to buyer in that effect.

7. The buyer warrants that all the information provided in the order form is true and correct unless intimated with a seperate mail to chandadobriyal(at)gmail(dot)com. I may communicate with you regarding the price and other verification before a sale deed is finalized.

8. The information of buyer such as Address/ Telephone Number /Email I.D. will be kept confidential and will never be shared with anyone for any reasons whatsoever(Please read my privcay policy). The information provided to me will only be used to serve the respective buyers needs and interests. Also if you agree we shall keep you updated with my new works which meets your interest areas.

9. The terms and conditions laid down herewith may change with out intimation to anyone and buyers have to keep updated themselves with the latest terms and conditions.,
